Open Account → Membership → Cancel membership. Review the end-of-access date before confirming. Store-managed subscriptions must point to the store’s subscription settings.
Refund request
A cancellation stops a future renewal; it is separate from a request to refund a past payment. Contact billing support with your order reference and reason. Never include full card details.
Before launch
Publish market-specific eligibility, statutory rights, processing times and the payment provider’s process. No blanket no-refund rule or invented refund window is approved.
